INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Roller Warehouse is happy to provide International shipping to almost anywhere in the world. Most orders will arrive in your country within 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipping. Except where prohibited, orders will be delivered directly to your home whenever possible.

WE DO NOT TAKE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE.

How to place orders for shipment outside the USA:

PAYMENT

All orders must be pre-paid by money order, bank check, or travelers check.

Credit cards are not accepted unless the order is shipped to the US or Canada. If using a credit card from the US or Canada, the product must be shipped to the exact same address that the credit card bills are mailed to.

All payments must be made in US DOLLARS. Most banks can provide you with a money order, bank check, or travelers check. You can also use a credit card to buy a money order at www.bidpay.com and they will mail it to us on your behalf. Once we recieve your payment, we will begin to process your order.

Orders can be sent to Roller Warehouse by mail and need to include an order form AND payment. Click here to print out an ORDER FORM that you can fill out. Checks from personal bank accounts outside the U.S. will take a minimum of 20 business days to clear and are not recommended.

SHIPPING

All shipping charges are calculated by weight and country. The following 3 tables provide the information you need to calculate shipping charges. First go to table (1) and add up the total weight of the order. Now, go to the next table (2) and find your country to see what shipping zone you live in. Last, go to the lower table (3) and use the chart to look up your total shipping charge.

Please keep in mind that most countries will charge a tax or import duty in addition to the prices listed here. The local customs office in your country will want to collect these charges at the time of delivery. We cannot tell you how much this tax will be. You must check with your local customs office for more information.
