these shorts are good shorts, but definately not for 40 bux. they are extremely durable. they also run SHORT (i wear a size 30x30 pants and ordered a size 30 shorts and they are about 1.5-2'' from my knees when i stand straight up). personally, i'd just go to oldnavy or someplace like that and get some for 20 that are just as good, but with no SWS logo.
