Good skates, they are graet when broken in. I didnt have to change the liner, they are simply comfterable. The backslide locks in great, but better to make custom yourself. The souls slide faster than the old models of TRS, i like the way they slide better than my DL2s. The wheels are sh!t (and always have been) the frame is stronger, made different, one peice and slides fast, but the groove sucks. If you have the patience to make a groove, go ahead, Jeff Dalnas seems to rock these stock frames, and i can see why. It's light weight and not bulky. The price is good since the souls, grind inserts, cuffs and buckles arent replacable. just change the shoe laces to grey ones,get Eulogy or 4x4, or any wheels up to 62mm. and sharpie the large greay "TRS" letters on the sides on the skates (you cant really see them with the grey matching background) and your good. Also if you know someone with un used Point 8 frames, you can put it on these as well and put bigger wheels(up to 72mm on the outside, i believe) because of the wheel-wells allowing larger wheels. I got these with ables and Pat lennon 4x4. Buy these, great price, good skate. Huge improvement, good job TRS, i hope to see a Bah pro skate.

Just ordered these bad boys yesterday! I used to skate K2 phatty pros for the longest time. I have rolled Razor Genisis,USD psyris, and USD thrones. Best pair of skates I EVER had where rollerblade swindlers. Striaght up shredded with thoughs babys! Always been a fan of Rollerblade and wanted to try the TRS series. Been On the skate scene since mid 90's and gotta tell you its come a long way. You guys keep pumpin the skates and i'll keep shreddin it out there! I definitely would recommend and Rollerblade Skate for beginners or for those like me who have been there and back again.

I own these skates there the best skates ever like I took the stock frames off and put. Sum 50/50 frames on with sum austin paz wheels and called it a day these skates are so comfortable not like razors that like scratch your ankles

these skates are rediculously comphy, i upgraded from roces m12 and although the dt4s are a bit bulkier they feel lighter i dont know the excact weights though. the problem i have with the skates is that the teeth where you buckel in the skates strips easily and ive had to get a new strap cause it wouldnt buckle. besides that great skate for the price, good for begginers that are starting to actualy bring the abbilaty to the next level.

Ok let me start. This was my first aggressive skates, now i upgraded to Valo TV.2. As a first skates those were ok, they actually skate. But listen....what are u buying? Wheels are real shit, liner is so so, but still is not steady, always moving up and forfard like its sole covered with butter. Also dt4 is heavy, groove is not a groove actually, it sucks. Soul plates are huge? Is this a joke?
Straps usually brake after a month.
So what are u going to pay for-shell with unchangable soul plates with bad groove?
The only plus is frames and cheap price!
If u want to be aggressive start with an aggressive REAL skates, not those

Great Skate, slides good but after about a month the buckle sort of broke on the right side, so they cant go as tight as I want. But otherwise, great skate.

ordered these for christmas and got em a couple of days ago and holy crap these are super sick. the liner is comfortable and noting feels to restrictve like when you get a new pai of skates. cant wait untill the ewather gets nicer so i can try these bad boys out.

These are really good skates. A bit heavy but you get used to them quickly. Stock liner is junk (Slipped alot) put in some black Jug vent liners and they feel 60times more comfy and secure. The frames... >.> well I dont like how there isnt really a groove at all. The soul plates on my right boot cracked on a little jump but probably a defect on mine. Wheels go out pretty fast but thats probably because I skate alot of rough areas.
Flex is great when broken in.
Replacing parts for this takes alot of time and effort since the skin is glued and threaded on, cuff and soul plates are riveted on, so get ready to do some dirty work if you want replacement parts.

nice skates, i don't know if i have a wide foot or if this skate is this tight, got the senate liners in em, really comfy, rode salomon skates forever, like the sti or st9, wheels are crap but RW can hook it up... gotta have em super loose, no laces, one snap... wish it had a memory buckle... overall good skate

These were great skates. Key word: WERE. After a while, the skates get completely trashed and aren't any good. My criticism of these skates are: the stock wheels get worn down very quickly, the frames don't slide well after about 3-4 monthes, and the liners are bad. I love to jump sets, but theres no shock absorb and it hurts after awhile. Id say pass on these skates. They're good, but only for a while.

Way better than the old trs.Slap some razor cuffs on and some ground controls you will be rollin dope.If liners slip alot try putting tape under the liners or a footbed.

i just got these from rollerblade today and my first thoughts were WOW. they flex so much better than previous models and the liner has almost twice as much padding and feels much better on the ankles especially.
the new midsoul seems to slide faster and is way easier to lock your boot tricks on. the souls are riveted on tho so if you want to replace them you will need to break the rivets somehow.

these skates are probably the most natural feeling skates i have ever owned. i always liked salomons, and thes skate just like them. the only downsides on this skate are that the souls are rivited into the skins, the buckle isnt the most durable, and the souls brake/chip/crack fairly easily.. other than that cop a pair yo.

Love these skates!! roll smoother than anything i have rolled. Grind plates and backslides are huge, better lock on. Kind of heavier than previous models. better flex. might need to switch liners but its all good. Downside is the skin is glued on , the midsole is extrememly hard to take off ,and the grind insterts are rivited as well as the cuff so customizing these bad boys is not an option (1 star down for that)

I got them two weeks ago after not skating since i was 14, I,m 24 now. They are super comfy and the breakin process was minimal. I agree with the other reviews in that the wheels are horrible, but the skate over all is awesome.
