Ground Control is introducing the innovation of the year: The split frame flat system. Brian Shima’s first GC pro frame is combining the best of both flat wheel set-up and freestyle frames: The center wheels of the Shima Hi-Lo frame are moved all the way to the outside and placed in the gap between the grind block and the outside wheels. The wheels’ diameter is 47 mm and they have been specifically developed by 4x4 for Brian’s new frame. The center wheels are flat with the outside 56 mm wheels and provide an unmatched skating experience: You still have the smooth ride of a flat wheel set-up and the super wide grinding area of anti-rocker frames. The frame walls have been reinforced in the critical areas making the frame stronger than ever.
