Read the direction, that's a must w/ this product. The speed improvement is amazing after you clean your bearings then apply this OIL. Also this isn't a creme or a grease like gel but oil. Awesome but it requires you to clean your bearings before you apply it which for me is a hassle... Must have for any serious skater on a budget.
